Please join us in practicing meditation in the Zen Buddhist tradition. We offer a simple foundational form of zen practice. Our growing community is open to all. In addition to the weekly practice schedule, group study and individual instruction is offered in the Zen Buddhist Rinzai tradition as it is arriving here on Turtle Island. Our small meditation space is located inside Red Root Acupuncture at 2500 Rio Grande Blvd NW Albuquerque New Mexico.
